CSVC is a popular type of CNC carbide external grooving & parting-off inserts.It is mainly used for grooving& cutting operations on lathe & CNC machines which are available in different shapes & cutting angles.
There are many parameters to consider when choosing cut off insert. Carefully select insert geometry, insert grade, insert shape (nose angle), insert size, nose radius and entering (lead) angle, to achieve good chip control and machining performance.

This series inserts are mainly refer to the standard:NTK’s CSVC series.Its size details can be processed separately according to customer requirements.
CSVC: NTK CSVC series,sub-series of CSV, a well-known series of carbide grooving inserts. For this type, our Drow standard production size and standing stock specifications mainly refer to this NTK series.
