HIP Treated Tungsten Carbide Valve Seats / Tungsten Carbide Production
Introduction:
WC, TiC, TaC, etc. are most widely used in hard alloys. One or more of these carbides are often called hard alloys composed of bonded metal drills, this kind of alloy generally has the characteristics of high hardness, good wear resistance, good red hardness, high chemical thermal stability, high compressive strength and corrosion resistance.
Technical parameters:
The carbide alloy valve core used in the rubber control equipment has a high precision requirement. The position tolerance of the valve core φ8 diameter is -0.005 (negative 5 micrometers), and the position tolerance of the φ8 inner diameter is +0.005 (positive 5 micrometers), position concentricity of φ15 outer diameter and φ8 inner diameter is 0.002 (2 micrometers), verticality requires to be 0.002 (2 micrometers). The valve core and valve sleeve are used together, and there should be smooth and no obvious shaking. The geometrical tolerance should be well matched. The finish of the mating surface should be 0.2~0.4, and the precision of the mating surface should be 0.008mm~0.01mm. The precise dimensional tolerances are all in line with the long-term effective use of the rubber-controlled automation equipment. For the cemented carbide machining, the precision requirements for tungsten steel non-standard customization are relatively high.
Advantages:
We specialize in the production of wear-resistant parts and accessories for precision equipment, especially precision carbide products with high geometric tolerances. We can also provide non-standard customized production to meet the special requirements of customers, like the internal machining of carbide wear-resistant products. High wear resistance is the basic requirement of cemented carbide products. Especially for the requirements of progressive molds, combined molds and multi-station molds, cemented carbide products has the excellent performance of long-lasting operation.
